Hi, thanks for visiting my website, Repeat After Me. I’m a contemporary Civil Marriage Celebrant registered with the Attorney General’s Department and a member of the Australian Marriage Celebrant Association. I live in the inner city of Sydney and conduct ceremonies on weekdays or weekends in the metropolitan area as well as the Central Coast, Blue Mountains and Wollongong areas in venues including reception centres, parks, boats, homes and other outside locations.
As a celebrant I do absolutely everything I can to give my couples a wonderful memory of their ceremony and I do this by listening to what they want. Whether the ceremony is a wedding, renewal of vows, commitment or baby naming, my style is warm, personal and professional.
Please see testimonials below.

"I just wanted to let you know how much Brian and I loved our wedding ceremony. It was everything we hoped for. You did a wonderful job in challenging conditions with the wind! I’m sure it was a bit stressful for you trying to keep paper and sand bottles under control, but it all went perfectly. We LOVE the sand bottle too. A number of people complemented us on our choice of celebrant and I’m sure you will be happy for me to refer you to others. Best wishes for the future." Nikki and Brian
"We had an awesome experience with Suzanne as our marriage celebrant! Suzanne was warm and friendly, highly organised and went above and beyond the call of duty with all her extra special touches for our day. If you are looking for someone who is highly reliable and proficient in their work. Someone who is loving and passionate towards weddings. We would highly recommend Suzanne for your marriage celebrant." Kimberlie & George
"From the moment we had our appointment with you, up until the day, and even after the wedding has been and gone, your services have been amazing. Leading up to our wedding you were organised and informed us of everything we would be going through and were really helpful with the planning of the ceremony. On the day you were friendly and relaxed which helped us feel comfortable and stress-free. Thank you so much and we look forward to having a coffee with you soon! Peta & Tim |
"Suzanne, thank you so much for our renewal of vows ceremony which was delivered with so much feeling and empathy. You made the whole process very easy for us. We were so impressed with your services, we have suggested our friends renew their vows also. Thanks again." Lois and Doug
"I am happy to recommend Suzanne to anyone looking for a celebrant. She was professional, diligent and approachable, not only on the day itself, but especially in the lead up. Her willingness to come to our home and discuss any details, as well as her flexibility with ceremony order and content made the day easy and pleasurable. Thank you so much for being part of our day." Trinh & Tim
"Suzanne, thanks so much for officiating at our wedding ceremony and not being put off by some of our unorthodox ideas and going with the flow. It made the day so much easier for us having a ceremony and celebrant we were comfortable with. We appreciated all your assistance in making a day that truly reflected us." Michelle & Toby
"Dear Suzanne, thank you for giving us the ceremony we wanted, for going the extra mile for us, and for letting us get married in your home. We would highly recommended your services." Natascha and Ian |

There are four legal requirements in a wedding ceremony, the Monitum (the celebrant advises she/he is authorised by law to solemnise marriages according to law and advises of the solemn and binding nature of the marriage relationship); the first sentence of the vows “I call upon the persons here present to witness that I ....... take you ........ to be my lawful wedded husband/wife” after this you can choose your own vows; the signing of Marriage Certificates; and pronouncing the couple as husband and wife.
Creating a personally tailored wedding ceremony is easily done by including additional elements such as a candle lighting ceremony to remember loved ones, one or two readings by family members or friends, bride and groom exchanging wedding rings (all of which are included in my Standard Wedding Ceremony), or an additional ceremony such as a sand ceremony where each participant has a different colour sand which is poured into a glass container making a unique and colourful memento of your ceremony. Other types of ceremonies include rose, hand fastening, or there may be a traditional ceremony you wish to incorporate.
Should you choose an outside venue for your ceremony it is advisable to visit it on the same day and time of your wedding to determine the noise level and to have a back-up plan in case of bad weather. If a Council Permit is required remember to have it with you on the day!
